Store Policy

• Due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final
• Lead Time: 2 weeks on most order
• We are not responsible for any merchandise after leaving our store
• Some of our chocolates have nuts
• None refundable 25% deposit on all orders
• Rental Deposits collected with the order
• Rentals should be back within 2 days of the event
• All orders are minimum of 24 pieces
• Shelf Life and Storage: 3-4 months with proper storage in a cool, dry place (50-62°F).
• Refrigerating is not recommended.


Shipping/Handling Policy

All our shipments are guaranteed and insured via UPS or FedEx with complete tracking capabilities. Please provide a correct street address for delivery. Additional Shipping fees will be added to the order.

• Ground: via UPS Ground service. 2 – 5 business days within the USA.
• 3-DAY: Via UPS 3 business days Guaranteed almost anywhere in the USA.
• 2-DAY: Via UPS or FedEx 2-days air. Guaranteed 2 business days shipping anywhere in the USA.
• 1-DAY: via UPS or FedEx overnight shipping. Guaranteed 1 Business Day.
• USPS Priority: United States Postal Service 2-3 days – Priority Service in the USA.


Chocolate Shipping

To ensure your satisfaction with this sensitive product, we have established specific procedures:

• If temperature is above 70 degrees F or if you are in Florida, Texas, California or any other warm area, please choose 1 or 2 days shipping.
• To ensure protection from heat and to avoid melting during shipping, chocolates are shipped in foam insulated cooler and ice packs. In this case, you must order one cooler per order.
• You must provide a shipping address which will enable someone to personally accept your shipment of chocolate to make sure they are received in good condition.
