Refund Policy – Customer satisfaction is our primary concern, however, due to the nature of the items we sell and the time it takes to make each custom piece, we cannot replace or refund custom-made orders, (decorated chocolates, or to order custom-wrapped chocolates).
Due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.
Lead Time: 3 weeks on most orders
We are not responsible for any merchandise after leaving our store

Rental Deposits collected with the order
Rentals should be back within 2 days of the event
All orders are a minimum of 24 pieces
Shelf Life and Storage: 3-4 months with proper storage in a cool, dry place (50-62°F).
